decorative image

This page is for people who have already been assessed and referred to the REDS service, and who have received an e-mail asking them to watch the Is This for Me? video series.

If you have found this page through a general search, you can still watch the videos. If you would like to join a REDS treatment group, you must be registered with a GP in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area. Please speak to your GP to see if a referral to REDS is right for you.

Is This For Me — what do I need to do?

Please watch these videos. They will give you the information you need to start thinking about your treatment options. They will help you make a clear and informed choice about what might suit you best.

Videos 1–3 are essential. You must watch these before you can continue treatment with REDS.

Videos 4–6 give extra information and advice. They include ideas for people living in Cambridge, Huntingdon, Fenland and Peterborough, and interviews with people who have used the REDS service.
