REDS: Is this for me
This page is for people who have already been assessed and referred to the REDS service, and who have received an e-mail asking them to watch the Is This for Me? video series.
If you have found this page through a general search, you can still watch the videos. If you would like to join a REDS treatment group, you must be registered with a GP in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area. Please speak to your GP to see if a referral to REDS is right for you.
