Mental Health Support
MIND is charity that aims to support people with mental health difficulties with and without autism. They have offices in Cambridge and Peterborough
In addition to Good Mood Cafes, which offer the opportunity to meet new people, MIND also have useful resources for maintaining your wellbeing and supporting yourself.
