Board of Directors
Led by a Non-Executive Chair, the CPFT Board of Directors is made up of a Trust Chair, Deputy Trust Chair/Senior Independent Director, six Non-Executive Directors, one Associate Non-Executive Director, the Chief Executive Officer and six Executive Directors.
The Board is a unitary board responsible for ensuring that CPFT is accountable to the public for the services it manages.

Sarah Rigby
As a business owner and County Councillor, I am passionate about public services and committed to supporting the NHS in delivering high quality, accessible healthcare. As a Governor, I will contribute my experience in strategic planning, governance, and community engagement to help shape services that reflect the needs of residents.
Running my own company has given me a strong understanding of financial management, accountability and operational efficiency. These skills, I believe, are valuable in helping the Trust meet its challenges and make the best use of resources. As a councillor, I work closely with residents, health providers and local organisations, giving me insight into the broader social and policy context affecting healthcare.
I am enthusiastic about working collaboratively with other Governors, staff and patients to ensure the Trust remains transparent, responsive and focused on delivering outstanding care for all.
